Love & Lustre are happy to assist customers that wish to return or exchange goods purchased online. We believe in the quality of our products and in the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We want to make this process as simple and easy as possible for you.
LOVE & LUSTRE RETURN POLICY
You will be pleased to know that Love & Lustre's return policy includes the return of faulty goods, as guided by Australian Consumer Law, as well as "change of mind" returns.
Please refer to the below to understand the simple steps involved in completing a return.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Love & Lustre will offer you a refund provided that:
- You return the item within 28 days from the purchase date.
- The item is in the original packaging, with tags intact
- The item is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
Please note that sale items & underwear may not be returned and are non-refundable.
All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Love & Lustre. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.
Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.
FAULTY GOODS
If there is a manufacturing fault with an item you have purchased from Love & Lustre you can return it to us. After assessment, Love & Lustre will offer a full refund or replacement.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS ORDERED ONLINE
For a 'change of mind' return or exchange, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
