How To Exchange An Item

You can return an item purchased online for exchange by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address:

Love & Lustre are happy to process your exchange provided that:

  • You return the item within 28 days from the purchase date. 
  • The item is in the original packaging, with tags intact
  • The item is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
  • You include your Order Number and details of your exchange request
    Style, Colour, Size

Please note that Final sale items & underwear may not be returned and are non-refundable. This excludes promotional Sales whereby exchange requests will be accepted (ie Black Friday)

All returns & exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by the Brandella/Love & Lustre. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment. Return Postal charges are at the cost of the consumer however there is no fee for the re-delivery of exchanges.
